Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
- We accept cancellation up to the time of shipping and accept returns up to 5 days after delivery only if the package is sealed and unopened. We will refund the complete amount, deducting the shipping costs for the return.
- To be eligible for a return, item must be in the original packaging, unused. We would also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@mymatsya.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged (broken), please email us as soon as possible at contact@mymatsya.in with your order number and photo of the product.
- We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution – either by sending a new product or offering a refund.
REFUNDS
- If there is a refund, it will be done within 5-7 working days depending on your payment mode.
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
